Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat to meet quality and safety standards. This role requires precision, knowledge of meat cuts, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and customer orders.
• Inspect meat for quality and freshness, removing any spoiled or unusable portions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.

• Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques, and meat preparation.
• Ability to operate cutting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
