Join our family-owned boutique garden shop and create stunning custom floral designs without ever following a "templated recipe." As a Floral Designer, you'll work with the best plants and flowers available, build lasting client relationships, and contribute your creative vision to Jacksonville's premier garden shop experience for the last 35 years!

• Design custom living arrangements, wreaths, and seasonal displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and design consultations.
• Maintain shop displays and ensure high quality standards.
• Manage greenhouse plants and inventory.

This position starts at $16/hr with a clear growth path to $18–$20/hr as you advance into senior designer or assistant manager responsibilities.

Located in Jacksonville's Historic Avondale district, we've been creating Anita's signature style arrangements for over 37 years. We specialize in seasonal living arrangements, custom-planted gardens, and unique faux florals that elevate homes throughout Jacksonville. Perennial winner of Best Garden Shop in Jacksonville.

In-store applications are encouraged with your background highlighting professional floral experience. Portfolio, photos or work samples may be requested. Interview may include hands‑on design demonstration. Best times to visit 10am – 1pm
