We are looking for a STOCK/ CENTER STORE ASSOCIATE to join our Rowe's team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality, freshness and product assortment is maintained in and throughout the store. This person will be receiving, stocking, and rotating product, facing product, taking special orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Receive, stock, fill, maintain, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Confirm pricing accuracy, country of origin, and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items.
• Pull out of dated product from the shelves.
• Maintain high presentation standards and quality.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Assist as needed to ensure the success of the store.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and do simple math.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and as a team.
• Continually strives to be product minded, customer minded, personnel minded, detailed, consistent and forward focused.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• A passion for serving others.
• Prior experience is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Center Store associates perform their duties in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to cold, hot, slippery, and wet conditions. Work involves pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, twisting, crouching, and reaching; performing tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand, and foot coordination; hearing and responding to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire workday and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 60 pounds from location to location.
