Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. - Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest with a "friends first" mindset.
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
- Work flexibly across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
- Assist your team in getting the job done.
- Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures with integrity.
- Love interacting with people.
- Full Kr energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Has retail experience.
- At least 16 years of age.

Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and benefits at the discretion of AEO.
