This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Jacksonville, FL. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth workflow. Responsibilities include managing and motivating team members, driving sales performance to meet company goals, maintaining store appearance and inventory, and ensuring adherence to Burlington’s policies and standards. The Store Manager will also oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Retail management experience, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies and experience in meeting sales and profitability targets
• Operational expertise, including inventory management and merchandising
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle store operations and resolve challenges
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
