• 1‑3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and driven by metrics
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

• Previous experience in a retail management role with a focus on customer service
• Passion for mentoring and coaching team members to achieve growth
• Familiarity with retail technology and sales floor operations
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
