In-Store Shopper – Seasonal Part Time

We’re expanding our Prime Now delivery team and looking for enthusiastic, flexible team members to work as In-Store Shoppers. In this role you will support Prime Now customer orders by sourcing, preparing, and staging products for delivery or pickup.

$15.00/hr – $24.40/hr, commensurate with experience and skills.

• Schedule is released up to three weeks in advance.
• Average shifts are 4–8 hours long.

• Comfortable using a handheld mobile device to fulfill orders.
• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency.
• Detail‑oriented and attentive to product and order accuracy.
• Eager to learn product knowledge, customer‑service standards, and store operations.
• Ability to keep a staging area organized and free of clutter.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach—reasonable accommodation available.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Workday includes 6–8 hours standing/walking, 1–4 hours sitting.
• Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Required motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to temperatures: 90°F.
• Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Use of tools and equipment such as box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
• May require use of ladders.

Wage range: $15.00–$24.40/hr, plus potential base rate increase after 90 days of employment for eligible team members. Whole Foods Market offers Whole Benefits
