Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Hourly Pay: $20 - $28/hour

Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support the overall management and operations of our store. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in running day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including staff supervision, sales, and inventory management
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Help manage store inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and organization
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff to improve results
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to attract customers and boost sales
• Handle opening and closing of the store, including cash handling and security procedures
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with company values

• Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant store manager is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally
• Proven experience in sales and achieving business targets
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
