You’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. The Stockroom is your home base, but you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• You have a passion for brand standards and keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you keep it organized and running efficiently, including merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures.
• You are innovative and identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct them.
• You collaborate with teammates and assist with guests and non-stock tasks as needed.
• You prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures on the Stockroom and Sales floor.

• You love AE and Aerie products and have strong organization and attention to detail.
• You excel at prioritizing, time management, and can adapt to early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts.
• You have previous stock-related experience and are eager to learn and apply best practices.
