• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Department Managers may manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals; delegate tasks; follow up; and report results.
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training staff in service procedures, and organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintaining food safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
• People Department Manager responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating Team members.

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
