Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Responsibilities include setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Minimum age 18 for a manager.
