Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintains quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. They plan each shift, monitor performance, ensure standards, supervise safety, security, profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Responsibilities include meeting targets and helping departments meet goals.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. Positive team player, flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
