As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in preparing and assembling delicious meals with care, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring every guest receives the quality and consistency Chick-fil-A is known for.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

* Maintain excellence in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and more

* Stock and maintain kitchen inventory as needed

* Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas at all times.

* Follow all food safety and health regulations

* Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns to Leadership

* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training timely and staying up-to-date with Chick-fil-A product changes and procedures

* Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and appearance standards at all times

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Dependable and punctual

* Enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced kitchen

* Customer service oriented

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Able to multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail

* Willingness to learn and grow professionally

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Ability to stand for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds

* Available to work flexible hours, including Friday & Saturday
