Residential Real Estate Closing Attorney / Licensed Title & Closing Agent - 3+ Years Experience

About the Opportunity:
A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Closing Attorney or Florida Licensed Title & Closing Agent to join the team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled closer-or an established closing team-to expand their practice within a supportive, growth-focused platform. The ideal candidate will have strong Florida residential closing experience and the ability to leverage existing client relationships while delivering exceptional transactional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential real estate closings from contract through post-closing.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents to ensure seamless transactions.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including deeds, settlement statements, and title policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Florida real estate laws, regulations, and closing practices.
- Maintain accurate records and manage escrow accounts.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong referral relationships.
- Support business development initiatives to grow the residential real estate practice.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff across departments to deliver integrated client support.
- Florida Licensed Title/Closing Agent or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar license (or ability to obtain), or eligibility in Georgia if attorney.
- Minimum 3+ years of residential real estate closing experience in Florida.
- Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law, title processes, and closing procedures.
- Experience with title insurance, escrow management, and closing documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet critical deadlines.
- Established client base preferred.
- Proficiency with closing software; Qualia preferred.
