• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, delivering excellent service to create “Customers for Life.”
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of your Vegetation Service Route with strong time management.
  • Applies appropriate chemical solutions, green solutions, and fertilizers to lawn and landscape, meeting company and state regulations
  • Fulfills orders and completes daily route schedule and procedural paperwork
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
  • Work closely with internal teams (customer service, sales, fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding experience
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines
• Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle; protect yourself and the people you serve.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
