• Building Relationships:
  You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create "Customers for Life" by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route:
  You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Vegetation Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all tasks.
  • Applies appropriate chemical solutions, green solutions, and fertilizers to lawn and landscape, meeting company and state regulations
  • Fulfills orders and completes daily route schedule, and procedural paperwork
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
