• Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and support staff to foster a compassionate and collaborative environment.
• Promote a learning environment for staff and veterinary students.
• Manage triage and treatment plans for emergency cases.
• Provide ongoing care for hospitalized specialty patients, including overnight and weekend care.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Communicate clearly with clients and support staff.
• Coordinate with referral partners through verbal communication and referral letters.
• Participate in morning rounds with specialists.
• Support a positive work culture and the hospital’s Fear-Free initiative.
