- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree.
- Experience in emergency medicine and/or successful completion of small animal rotating or emergency internship.
- State Veterinary Board License:
Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment. - Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility.
