The Clinical Resource Nurse will serve as a clinical resource for their assigned units, collaborate with nursing leaders, medical staff, and nursing staff and provide clinical support to improve patient care and patient outcomes in the pediatric inpatient areas.

* Assess, plans, coordinate, and assist with daily patient care activities for identified patient population.

* Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards.
