The Manager Critical Care ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or if currently not completed a BSN program then must be enrolled within 6 months of hire into the position and completed within 2 years is required; BSN Degree preferred
• A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
