LCS Senior Living - - 4600 Middleton Park Circle East - Responsibilities:
Safely prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical, and suppository drugs.;
Checks and prepares each dose immediately preceding administration.;
Records administration of the medication on residents medication administration record.;
Reports medication errors or reactions to medications to the charge nurse and attending physician as needed.;
Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
