• Provide thorough, competent interrogations and reprogramming of cardiac devices implanted in patients, including Pacemakers, Implantable Loop Recorders, and Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators.
• Complete initial interrogations, report generation, charges, and documentation in the Electronic Health Record and Device Management Systems.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the Heart Rhythm Service Line care team and allied health staff and providers external to the department.
• Bring acute/urgent issues to the attention of providers and manage remote‑monitored patients.
• Ensure state licensure and complete visa sponsorship requirements where applicable.

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• All entry‑level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date of April 1, 2020, and thereafter must provide documented evidence of completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing within five years of the RN start date.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in a team environment.
• Computer skills required; prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends, and on‑call.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency (ACLS if applicable) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Additional state licensure(s) and/or specialty certification/training as required by the work area.

Part Time – 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday; 7:00 am–5:30 pm, with on‑call rotation requirements; full‑time hours during orientation/training.
Weekend Rotations Required.
