We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Oncology team at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time, Days opportunity.

This role is supporting our outpatient palliative care clinic where you will be able to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients and families while providing compassionate, patient-centered care focused on symptom management, care coordination, and improving quality of life throughout the care journey. As an Oncology Registered Nurse, you will:

* Positively affect patient outcomes by providing, coordinating, and supporting evidence-based patient care for patients reaching out to BMDA via the Nurse Triage line.

* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and appropriately use resources to achieve the highest quality of patient care.

* Resolve issues at first call to provide positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.

* Educate of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care.

* Provide optimum care utilizing the nursing process.
