PACU RN; Part-Time

Part‑time OR/PACU RN – Jacksonville, FL

IVF Florida is seeking a compassionate, experienced RN to provide exceptional peri‑operative and post‑operative care in our Jacksonville, FL practice. The schedule is Monday‑Friday 7:00 am–1:00 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems and formulate patient‑care plans
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan, and explain subsequent surgical phases to patients and families
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to patients and families during the peri‑operative period
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
• Administer medications by direct IV and other routes as directed
• Provide patient education about peri‑operative care and recovery

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Proficiency with IV catheter insertion and maintenance
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer system
• Capacity to work independently and exercise good judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
