Angel Kids Pediatrics & Behavioral Health (AKPBH) is one of the largest and most innovative pediatric practices in Florida, serving nearly 45,000 children across nine locations in Jacksonville. We are seeking a full-time Pediatric ARNP or PA who is passionate about high-quality clinical care, innovation, teamwork, and community impact. • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care in an outpatient setting
• Promote healthy habits, preventive care, and anticipatory guidance
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and document complete medical histories
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic test results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Respond effectively to urgent and emergent clinical situations

• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, care coordinators, and support staff
• Participate in integrated care workflows addressing developmental, behavioral, and social needs
• Communicate effectively with families to support shared decision-making

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and utilization review
• Adhere to clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation

• Master’s degree in Nursing (ARNP) or graduate degree as a Physician Assistant from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Florida license
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
• Demonstrated competence in managing pediatric emergencies
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR use
