Angel Kids Pediatrics & Behavioral Health (AKPBH) is one of the largest and most innovative pediatric practices in Florida, serving nearly 45,000 children across nine locations in Jacksonville. We are seeking a full-time Pediatric ARNP or PA who is passionate about high-quality clinical care, innovation, teamwork, and community impact. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care in an outpatient setting
- Promote healthy habits, preventive care, and anticipatory guidance
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and document complete medical histories
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Respond effectively to urgent and emergent clinical situations
- Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, care coordinators, and support staff
- Participate in integrated care workflows addressing developmental, behavioral, and social needs
- Communicate effectively with families to support shared decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and utilization review
- Adhere to clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
- Master’s degree in Nursing (ARNP) or graduate degree as a Physician Assistant from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted Florida license
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
- Demonstrated competence in managing pediatric emergencies
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR use
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability within evolving care models
