Sign on bonus: $3,750. This is a full‑time, 36 hours per week night shift position in the Med/Surg Department at Baptist Medical Center South, Jacksonville, FL.

• Provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition.
• Embrace and uphold the hospital mission statement.
• Educate patients and families about their disease process and plan of care.
• Interact with physicians and other departments within the hospital.
• Coordinate care provided by ancillary services.sign.
• Act as patient advocate.
• Participate in staff meetings and other unit activities.

Required
:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Preferred
:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Less than 1 year medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Telemetry experience.
• Hospital experience.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
• Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse – required.
