This is a full time day shift position. We provide critical care for babies with various conditions; this includes comprehensive care for infants of all sizes with critical illnesses, respiratory support, sustained life support, and advanced imaging.
As a Nurse Manager in the NICU, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delegating tasks to a nursing staff
- Managing and checking the nursing schedule
- Ensuring that all shifts are covered and conducting assessments and performance reviews
- Tending to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day
This position is designated as requiring a level II Background (a detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) and will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
Education RequiredBachelor's Degree – Nursing
PreferredBachelor's Degree – Nursing
Experience- 3–5 Years Nursing Experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
