Job SummaryAgewell is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, FL. The selected Advanced Practitioner Provider would serve as a link between inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.
Consults with patients about their current conditions, orders diagnostics, analyzes results, diagnoses conditions, and prescribes treatment strategies, including prescription medications. May also actively participate in research in the field and advocate for policies that support the needs of elderly patients.
Qualifications- Master's Degree - Nursing, required
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed ARNP
- 2+ years ARNP experience
Master's Degree
Education PreferredMaster's Degree
Experience- 1-2 years Family Practice Experience
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Required
- Licensed Physician Assistant Required
