Baptist Health is currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our systemwide Operating Room teams, with full-time Day Shift opportunities available across multiple campuses, including adult and pediatric surgical services.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will serve as a Circulating Nurse, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe and efficient intra-operative care. Your responsibilities may include:

* Verifying patient identity and procedural details

* Coordinating surgical room setup and instrumentation

* Monitoring patient status and advocating for their well-being

* Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring procedural safety standards

* Communicating with families and coordinating with PACU and pre-op teams

You may work with a single complex case or rotate through multiple shorter procedures, depending on the day's surgical schedule.

This position requires participation in an on-call rotation with a 40-minute response time, qualifying for competitive call and differential pay.

What We're Looking For:

* Current RN License in the State of Florida

* 1-2 years of OR experience preferred (open to experienced acute care RNs seeking to transition into surgical services)

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
