As a Locum NP/PA in Neonatology, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing high-quality care to newborns. Your expertise will be vital in managing patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the best outcomes for infants and their families.

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates in a clinical setting
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare providers
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary
• Educate families on newborn care and health issues
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and policies

• Associate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
• Experience in Neonatology or Pediatrics is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement

Schedule:

9-hour day shifts or 16-hour night shifts, specific dates

No call requirement

Setting: NICU

Patient Volume: 10 per shift

Board certification required
