We are looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse at Baptist Primary Care Hilden Road. This is a full-time, day‑shift opportunity Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This well-established Baptist Primary Care office is located on Hilden Road off of US 1, within a 10‑minute drive from Nocatee, Palencia and Beach Walk, close to I‑95.

As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing assistance to physicians and maintain medical documentation. The primary responsibility of this Licensed Practical Nurse will be assisting with phone triage and contacting patients. This Triage LPN will triage patients for urgent appointments, route prescription refill requests to the correct provider, handle medication prior authorizations, answer the phone, meet with pharmaceutical reps, maintain samples, schedule lunches with reps, and cover Medical Assistants when they are absent.
