Position:
Full‑time or part‑time (overnight and second shift needed)

Base pay: $14.00 – $22.00 per hour

Position salary: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

Sign‑on bonus: up to $3,000 for overnight technician positions.

• Broad knowledge of basic small animal medicine (pharmacology, proper restraint/handling, venipuncture, laboratory testing) and opportunities for growth in large animal service.
• Triage – identify emergencies and illnesses.
• Perform various treatments on an in‑house and outpatient basis, including placement of feeding tubes and intravenous catheter placement.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medication and disease processes.
• Administer oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous medications.
• Position and capture digital radiographs.
• Computer skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication with both clients and team members.
• Anesthesia: induction, monitoring, troubleshooting and recovery.
• Attention to detail and calm demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Low‑stress handling of patients.
• Advocate for patients.

• Previous veterinary practice experience required.
• CVT or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during high‑tension situations.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multi‑task.
