As Southeast Orthopedic Specialists continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide safe and effective anesthesia care while supporting patients throughout their surgical journey — from assessment and planning to recovery and follow‑up.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia based on patient and surgical needs.
  • Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments and create individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia levels for safety and comfort.
  • Educate patients and families on anesthesia options, risks, and recovery expectations.
  • Advocate for patients’ needs and ensure informed consent is obtained.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize outcomes.
  • Respond effectively to anesthesia‑related complications and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Functions
  • Provide safe, evidence‑based anesthesia care tailored to each patient.
  • Partner with the surgical team to deliver seamless perioperative care.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) plus graduate‑level Nurse Anesthesia program (MSN or DNP, COA‑accredited).
  • Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and active RN license.
  • BLS/ACLS certification required.
  • Strong critical thinking, emergency response, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient‑centered approach with commitment to quality care.
