Job Overview
As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager will develop a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle and key customer personas to create innovative, high-value marketing programs that help ensure Medius customers get the most value out of their Medius solution(s).
The successful candidate has a passion for developing high-impact, integrated marketing programs to drive customer loyalty and retention, is skilled at developing compelling customer content, and is an organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will have a background in B2B cloud solutions—ideally with a background in AP Automation or Spend Management—and is an efficient multitasker and a great team player. This individual reports to the CMO and works closely with Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, Field Marketing and the Customer Experience organization including Implementation and Customer Success.
Responsibilities and duties- Develop a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle, including what key customer personas need and want post-purchase
- Create a global, integrated marketing plan that drives customer adoption and optimization for key customer personas
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing programs from concept to campaign deployment, including managing agency relationships and budget
- Develop case studies and feed the sales reference process as part of the loyalty program
- Track analytical campaign performance and reporting to measure ROI and communicate results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with field marketing teams to understand market needs, drive program execution and share best practices
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to develop content for the customer center and other Medius customer content for corporate websites and the qualified chatbot
- Build relationships across Marketing and Customer Success teams
- Provide input to marketing automation systems capabilities, data needs and related processes to improve agility and time-to-market of lifecycle campaigns
- Serve as an internal evangelist for our customers
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
- B.A. or B.S. in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, business or related degree
- 7+ years marketing, marketing communications, advertising or related experience;
SaaS experience a plus - Experience developing and executing successful marketing plans to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Experience working in international marketing is highly desirable
- Love analyzing information, determining a path forward and implementing impactful initiatives to improve the business
- Experience with CRM (), marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua), analytics and business insight tools (Domo/Power
BI/Tableau) - Previous experience with Accounts Payable automation, electronic payments, source to contract
- (S2C) and procurement software solutions (sourcing, contract management, supplier information management, procurement), and expense management solutions preferred
