Set up and operate conventional, special-purpose, and CNC machines such as mills, lathes, chuckers, and honing machines.;
Perform complex manual operations including trimming, polishing, and bending metal parts to exact tolerances.;
Interpret complicated blueprints, sketches, specifications, and geometric dimensions and tolerances.;
Solve problems related to work holding arrangements, materials, machine settings, tools, and fabrication methods.;
Plan sequence of operations, determine number of cuts required, and method of setup.
