Instrument Service Technician

Randstad is looking for an experienced Instrument Service Technician for an established and growing company on Jacksonville's Southside.

You will repair customer products and be primarily responsible for product repair in depot service, back up for Quality Assurance, and other departmental requirements.

First shift, 8:30 to 5:30, Monday to Friday, starting at $20.00 per hour with additional pay based upon your experience. You will work onsite with almost no travel.

Salary: $20 - $24 per hour

Shift: First (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Education:

Associate

• Evaluate, rebuild, calibrate, test, and repair optical instruments with precision and accuracy.
• Adhere to SOPs and work instructions, ensuring thorough completion of quality check sheets.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management, fostering clear communication.
• Propose innovative methods to optimize resource utilization.
• Assess the precision and accuracy of repair and testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

• Working in a smoke‑free environment
