Fabric Welding & Cutting Supervisor – Jacksonville, Florida (Relocation Provided) – Salary $80,000-$90,000 + Bonus + Unlimited PTO + Holiday + 401(k) + Medical, Dental, Vision + Benefits Package.

This position would suit someone with experience in a sewing, cutting, RF or hot air welding environment, looking for a supervisory role offering continued growth and exciting investment in new technology.

• Supervising, coaching and supporting the cutting and welding team.
• Overseeing Machine Cutters and Welding Operators.
• Working closely with engineering, quality and other departments on technically varied projects.

• Experienced Welding and Cutting Supervisor.
• Experience with in cutting, RF welding, hot air welding or similar.
• Wants training and progression as the organization continues to grow.
