Job Title:
Production Controller
The Production Control team member is primarily responsible for assisting the Production Department with all potential production constraints. You will be coordinating production activities to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery of products. This role will mitigate current and future risks of anything that could negatively impact on time completion of finished goods.

Jacksonville, FL (northside) - Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm (M-F)
- Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
- Pay: $19-$22/hr (based on experience)
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and communicate potential schedule changes as needed to accommodate production delays, disruptions, expedites, material shortages, customer cancellations, or recovery plans.
- Track and report production status as needed
- Identify potential bottlenecks and help to implement solutions to meet delivery deadlines when needed.
- Provide support to the Production Planners and schedulers.
- Orchestrate communication with engineering, procurement, quality, maintenance and any other department needs that will hinder production.
- Generate and maintain weekly production reports if required by the Manufacturing Supervisor or Planning Manager.
- Document history as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to established safety guidelines.
- Adheres to scheduling policies, processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties which may be required by supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Experience utilizing ERP or MRP systems.
- Experience utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication:
Effective communication is essential to convey instructions clearly, facilitate discussions, and ensure everyone is on the same page. Must be comfortable with organizing discussions across all levels of the organization. - Organizational
Skills:
Coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources to keep everything running smoothly.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
