Manufacturing Production Line Workers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Line and Quality Inspection workers to join their team. You will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong focus on quality control, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Production Line Workers or Quality Inspection

Jacksonville, FL

$15.75 - $16.50 for day shift, $17 - $18.25 for night shift

6-6 on a 2 day on, 2 day off, 3 day on rotation (working every other weekend)

• Perform quality checks on products or parts to ensure standards are met
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency
• Position or align components and parts manually or with hoists during assembly
• Use tools and equipment carefully to prevent damage and ensure precision
• Halt production when quality defects or equipment malfunctions are identified and report issues promptly

• At least a year in a warehouse environment
• Focus on quality control and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to work in shifts and stand for up to 12 hours
• Previous manufacturing, quality, inventory or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures
