Quick Tie Products, Inc. ("Quick Tie") is a quickly growing manufacturer servicing the building materials products industry. We manufacture and distribute a proprietary hold-down system for wood frame and masonry construction, as well as other related framing products. We sell and service both Single-Family builders and Multi-Family general contractors and framers.

This full-time position will be responsible for working on the assembly line. Duties will include using some machinery such as a clamping machine and cable cutter. Manual dexterity is required to assemble small parts. This position works 10-hour days Monday – Thursday and overtime is often worked on Fridays and some weekends depending on demand.

• Assemble pre-made materials to produce top-of-the-line products for our customers.
• Assembly steps include: pull, measure and cut cables with a high rate of accuracy, tag and wrap cables per length, swage & press cables and place nuts & washer on product.
• Package finished product in boxes and label correctly.
• Keep work area clean and safe at all times.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

• Utilizing the clamping & cable cutting machinery: 1 year (Preferred)
• High school diploma or its equivalency is strongly preferred.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts.
• Hand-eye coordination to use press.
• Must be able to accurately count and read a tape measure.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds without difficulty.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and assemble small parts with hands.
• Work in a semi-climate control warehouse.

Starting pay rate is $18/hour

Monday – Thursday 10 hr. shifts beginning at 7am to 5:30pm with 30 min lunch and 2-15 min scheduled breaks. Overtime on Fridays as needed. If overtime is extended on Fridays, schedule is from 7:00am to 12pm.
