Morning Picker / Print Shop Helper (Part-Time | 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM).

Lightfire Printing is a growing custom print shop specializing in DTF transfers, embroidery, wide-format printing, and personalized apparel. We run a fast-paced production environment and value reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a dependable Morning Picker / Print Shop Helper to support early production and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and starting their day early.

This is a part‑time, consistent early‑morning position.

• Pick and organize printed transfers and apparel for daily orders.
• Assist with T‑shirt pressing and production support.
• Prepare orders for packing and shipping.
• Help maintain inventory organization.
• Support DTF and production team as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Reliable and punctual (5:00 AM start time is required).
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30‑40 lbs.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Previous warehouse or print shop experience is a plus (not required).

• Part‑time.
• 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
