Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Interfacing with the customer as needed.
• Able to perform Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) MRC checks as required by contract, including details and checks associated with Painting, Piping and Machinery onboard LCS Freedom Class variant vessels.
• Ensuring that production is cost effective and that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Reading, interpreting, and applying technical data including government specifications, engineering drawings, product specifications, and technical manuals.
• Determining labor and material resources needed; drafting a timeline for the job and setting quality standards.
• Assisting in monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborating with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Ensuring that all established safety policies are administered and enforced in all areas and practiced as part of the Health and Safety Program.
• Assisting in reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying training needs.
• Able to obtain and maintain access to US military and/or government installations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the industry.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and ability to conduct research on the Internet.
• DOT/EPA/RECRA/OSHA Certified.
• Completed the NAVSEA Basic Paint Inspector training and/or SSPC/NACE Level I course.
• Ability to travel required.
• Ability to work outside of trade.
