Warehouse Lead

We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street’s open air market. We’ve come quite a long way since then, taking our multi-generational family business online in 1999. Even after 97 years, we continue to pride ourselves in expertly sourcing the highest quality foods and treating our customers like family.

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead who is capable of filling a variety of roles on our production team and in our distribution center. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. This role will operate between the hours of 9:30am-6pm and will need to help open and close the building.

• Pick and pack our delicious products
• Verify, check in, and put away inventory
• Maintain your work area in a clean and neat manner and in accordance with GMP
• Adhere to proper sanitation and product safety guidelines throughout the plant

Be able to complete physical work, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for up to 8 hours at a time

• Extremely detail oriented
• Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers

Able to work 6 days a week, including Sundays

• A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
• A great work ethic
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Lead experience
