• Create and manage the master production schedule, translating the customer demand into specific daily and weekly wafer start plan
• Monitor and track SUBINGWIP flow within the fab, ensuing efficient movement of wafer lots to meet output plan and fulfil customer demand requirement
• Identify, analyze and resolve production bottlenecks related to equipment performance, material availability, or labor resources to maximize fab throughput and reduce cycle time
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, production and engineering teams to align production plan, manage demand/order changes and schedule interruptions
• Coordinate with purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses of inventory materials
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on‑time delivery (OTD), cycle time, inventory and inventory turn
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, optimise processes and increase productivity

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or related fields
• >5 years of work experience in factory planning or supply chain management
• Proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis and reporting
• Experience with Oracle systems
• Programming skills are preferred
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain principles
• Familiarity with capacity and demand forecasting models
• Attention to details
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic and multi‑disciplinary environment
