• Learn to maintain and repair production machinery, perform preventative maintenance, and assist experienced technicians
• Observe, learn and understand a wide range of skills and processes while under the instruction of skilled technical personnel
• Demonstrate these skills and processes as training progresses by producing results independently or on a team, to undertake tasks as instructed while increasing overall contribution to the department
• Use a large array of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and test equipment
• Read and interpret condition reports, and/or repair orders. Communicate with necessary personnel for clarification of problems. May discusses preventative techniques to ...
• Enter and close work orders in SAP using computer and tablets (after training)
• Attend CMC Maintenance Classes at Florida State College Jacksonville while remaining in good academic standing
• Follow job rotation schedule tailored to your department
• Work safely to prevent on‑the‑job injuries by following safety rules and regulations at all times including proper wearing of company PPE
• Demonstrate safe work practices and behaviors. Regularly inspect for, report, and correct unsafe or hazardous conditions. Actively participate in the site safety program

• The basic personal computer and corporate standard software skills (MS Word, Excel) are required
