• Set‑up and operate multiple CNC Machine Centers, machining of complex fiberglass products
• Maintain a safety first and teamwork mindset
• Aid the setting up and proving out of programs with CNC Programmer
• Meet and sustain Certified Operator requirements
• Support and manage the machine tooling to best achieve drawing tolerances, including offset adjustments and tool wear identification
• Communicate with co‑workers and supervisor to coordinate activities
• Create shop aids and standard work instruction for process improvements
• Participate in EHS risk reduction activities
• Provide continuous improvement ideas to support lean and CORE initiatives
• Use fixtures or gauges to verify dimensional checks.

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of 5‑axis CNC machine center experience.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

• Experience in machine composite materials
• Prior experience utilizing various measuring/inspection techniques
• Self‑directed, motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
