- Under general supervision performs all responsibilities necessary to complete quality control checks of finished products.
- Able to perform a variety of tasks needed to monitor and adjust the process to improve quality.
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor equipment and process status for new products.
- Able to perform routine cleaning and non‑routine maintenance with adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives.
- Maintain current knowledge and adhere to provisions of FDA, OSHA, GMP, MPs, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, equipment specifications and process specifications.
- Inspect parts and confirm parameters are within specified tolerances.
- Inspect documentation of completed parts to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Manage and track diamond inventory.
- Input data and perform analytical analysis of data and information related to completed and scrapped parts.
- Report all non‑conforming products.
- Assist in process monitoring, identifying and recording any product quality problems and initiating recommendations.
- Performs routine cleaning of lab and equipment.
- Measure the parameters of the product ensuring conformance within specified tolerances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- Similar Quality Control (QC) inspection experience.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Office equipment used: personal computer, printer, copier, Microsoft Office Suite, other software as required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic hand tools.
- Physical demands of the job include: stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, light lifting (up to 25 pounds), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, fingering, and climbing.

Enhanced benefits (medical, dental, vision) + Paid Vacation. Hourly Pay: $19.00/hr W2.
