Remedy staffing is hiring for many roles with a leading manufacturer of Solar Panels in the Cecil Field area!
- 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then rotates)
- Must be available to work every other weekend
- $16.00-$18.25
Remedy Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in the Cecil Field area of Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where you’ll assist in the production of solar panels.
Key Responsibilities- Operate or monitor production equipment
- Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stand, walk, and lift throughout the 12-hour shift
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods (12-hour shifts)
- Must wear steel-toed shoes
- Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule including weekends and nights
- High school diploma
