Our client, a leading solar panel manufacturing company, is seeking a Final Inspection Lead to join their team.

Schedule6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2-2-3 rotating shift
What’s the Job?- Oversee final inspection processes to ensure products meet quality standards
- Lead and guide inspection team members, providing training and support
- Review and document inspection results accurately in compliance with company procedures
- Communicate quality issues to production teams and assist in corrective actions
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area following safety guidelines
- Previous experience in quality control or inspection leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts
