Senior Production Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Production Lead to join their team. As a Senior Production Lead, you will be part of the Production Department supporting night shift operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Production Lead

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $22.05/hr

Shift: D shift (6 pm to 6 am)

• Provide strong leadership to production teams during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Work closely with other departments to create and implement production schedules, optimize workflows, and resolve any production issues.
• Conduct training sessions for team members, ensuring they are skilled in the latest production techniques and safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
